Villa La Terrazza is fully equipped with satellite-TV, stereo with CD player,
microwave oven, washing-machine, video-recorder, air-conditioning in the living-rooms and in one of the bedrooms, direct access to the sea with 1 sun-shade, 4 deck-chairs, and a changing-room with shower. From the beach there is a footpath of about 1 km that leads straight to a little village on the sea called Marina della Lobra where you will find a bar and a food shop.
Raised ground floor: furnished veranda with open-air dining area looking onto the sea, living/dining-room with fireplace, kitchen with access to the terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with tub, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub. Private parking for one car.
