The villa is located in S. Agata sui due Golfi, in a very panoramic position with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Salerno and of Li Galli island. The property consists of two buildings, and a third, smaller one is occasionally used by the owners, whereas the larger and more prestigious building is at your disposal. The villa has excellent quality furniture inside and outside you will find a large private garden with dining area, barbecue and wood-burning oven - all of which is very well looked-after - and a beautiful view. There is also a private parking area with automatic gate, an external laundry and the 5x8m swimming-pool which is shared with the owners when they are on the property. In mid- and high-season in addition to the villa there is also an annex with independent entrance, consisting of a double bedroom, small corner kitchen and bathroom with shower. The nearest beach is at Marina del Cantone at 6 km, where you will find bathing establishments and the finest restaurants, some of which are internationally famous. From S. Agata by car, Sorrento is about 15 minutes away, and so is the road that winds along the whole of the Amalfi Coast, going through Positano and carrying on as far as Amalfi.

Dependence - 30 m² - sleeps 2 - 1 bedroom Annex with independent entrance consisting of a large bed/sitting-room with a double bed and bathroom with shower and small corner kitchen. (AVAILABLE ONLY IN MID- AND HIGH-SEASON).
N.B. Dependence may only be rented with the main villa by the same person. It cannot be rented to other clients.
