The villa is divided into four independent apartments on different levels, each one with its own entrance and private car park.
TYPOLOGY
There is one larger apartment of 80 sq.mt. “Brigante” (4+2 sleeps) composed of entrance, airy living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area, exit to the panoramic terrace. Follows the kitchen on the right, two sea view double bedrooms provided with air conditioning and exit to the terrace, laundry area, two bathrooms (one full and one with shower and WC only).
Each apartment has its own private large terrace (about 70 sq.mt. each) with breathtaking sea views and garden’s furniture. Photos can show only in part the natural beauties of this place.
It's also possible to rent the whole villa.
